Dr Rahmeh Aladwan was arrested at her home in Pilning, south Gloucestershire, and charged with the six offences on March 26.
An NHS doctor charged with posting on social media in support of Hamas is facing a trial next year.
Dr Rahmeh Aladwan, 31, is charged with four counts of inviting support for the proscribed group by posting comments online between July 23 and December 31 last year.
The British Palestinian is also accused of using threatening or abusive insulting words at a protest on July 21 in Westminster, and stirring up racial hatred in written material on November 19.
It is alleged she wrote: “I don’t condemn Hamas. I don’t condemn October 7,” and “I condemn the existence of Israel” in a post on July 23.
On December 31, it is alleged she wrote: “Free the world from Jewish supremacy.”
On the second anniversary of the October 7 attack, she allegedly posted an image of a bulldozer along with text reading: “Glory to the Palestinian resistance.”
Aladwan was arrested at her home in Pilning, south Gloucestershire, and charged with the six offences on March 26.
She appeared at the Old Bailey on Friday and spoke only to confirm her identity.
Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb set a trial at Bristol Crown Court from March 15 next year, with a plea hearing on a date to be fixed in August.
The defendant was granted continued bail.
