The Duchess of Sussex has wished her husband a happy Father’s Day with a family photograph in which Prince Archie is sporting an England football top.
The smiling duke is kneeling and hugging Archie and his daughter Princess Lilibet in the image posted by Meghan on Sunday.
In the Instagram post, the duchess wrote: “They’re so lucky to have you. We all are. Happy Father’s Day to our one and only.”
In the photo, seven-year-old Archie is wearing a red and white England top with dark blue shorts while his sister, five, has a soft toy giraffe.
Sharing the image to her stories as well, Meghan wrote “Happy Father’s Day” with a white heart.
The post comes ahead of England’s next World Cup match on Tuesday against Ghana.
This week, speculation mounted that the King could be reunited with the prince and princess after Harry and Meghan were offered royal accommodation for their upcoming UK visit.
It is four years since Archie and Lilibet last saw Charles, their grandfather, in person during Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.
The Sussexes are expected to travel from their Californian home to the UK next month to attend celebrations marking the one-year countdown to Harry’s Invictus Games hosted by Birmingham, with the duke also due to attend events with WellChild and Scotty’s Little Soldiers, charities he supports.
